Suzanne (ME) led us as we prayed to receive the full armor of God, according to Ephesians 6:10-18.
“Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day,
and having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit.”

PRESIDENT TRUMP’S RESPONSE
IN OPPOSITION TO PROSECUTION’S MOTION FOR PRIOR RESTRAINTS
President Trump respectfully submits this response in opposition to the prosecution’s motion to impose unconstitutional prior restraints on President Trump’s political speech. (the “Motion,” Doc. 57, seeking the “Proposed Gag Order,” Doc. 57-2). On August 1, 2023, the prosecution publicly released a forty-five-page speaking Indictment that read very much like a campaign press release. As if the Indictment’s media talking points were not enough, prosecutor Jack Smith then held a press conference to deliver an incendiary attack upon President Trump, falsely claiming that he “fueled…an unprecedented assault on the seat of American democracy.” This inflammatory rhetoric, which violated long-standing rules of prosecutorial ethics, was then repeated daily by media publications across the country. Following these efforts to poison President Trump’s defense, the prosecution now asks the Court to take the extraordinary step of stripping President Trump of his First Amendment freedoms during the most important months of his campaign against Biden. The Court should reject this transparent gamesmanship and deny the motion entirely.
INTRODUCTION For hundreds of years, our country has embraced the core value that the “government has no power to restrict expression because of its message, its ideas, its subject matter, or its content,” In re Murphy-Brown, LLC, 907 F.3d 788, 796–97 (4th Cir. 2018) (quoting Ashcroft v. ACLU, 535 U.S. 564, 573 (2002) (internal quotation marks omitted)). This freedom from government censorship is fundamental to our national ethos and “it can hardly be doubted that the constitutional guarantee has its fullest and most urgent application precisely to the conduct of campaigns for political office.” Monitor Patriot Co. v. Roy, 401 U.S. 265, 272 (1971).
Tossing these foundational principles aside, the Biden Administration charged President Trump—the leading contender in the 2024 Presidential Election—for statements he made as president. Now, keenly aware that it is losing that race for 2024, the prosecution seeks to unconstitutionally silence President Trump’s (but not President Biden’s) political speech on pain of contempt. See Citizens United v. Fed. Election Comm’n, 558 U.S. 310, 349 (2010) (“If the First Amendment has any force, it prohibits Congress from fining or jailing citizens, or associations of citizens, for simply engaging in political speech.”). In support, the prosecution presents nothing but pretexts, claiming that the Court must muzzle President Trump to ensure that: (1) the prosecution, the Court, and witnesses are not “intimidated” by political criticism; and (2) the District of Columbia citizenry (who voted by a margin of around 95% for Biden in the 2020 election) do not magically transform and become biased in President Trump’s favor. The prosecution does not present one shred of evidence to demonstrate either of these claims—let alone enough to establish, as it must, a “clear and present danger to the administration of justice.” See Landmark Commc’ns, Inc. v. Virginia, 435 U.S. 829, 844-845 (1978).
Neither the prosecution nor the Court are reluctant to proceed with this case, and none of the public figures the prosecution references in its Motion have refused to participate, either. Just the opposite, these individuals appear to relish the notoriety they have gained through their proximity to President Trump, variously writing books about their experiences, appearing for interviews with national media, and even running for president in their own right.
Similarly, despite repeatedly claiming President Trump’s statements threaten “the impartiality of the venire,” Motion at 13, the prosecution does not identify a single potential juror who has allegedly become partial against the government due to President Trump’s statements. Worse, the Proposed Gag Order lacks any semblance of narrow tailoring, sweeping in, for instance, all “disparaging” statements about any “potential witness,” regardless of subject, and including individuals who are actively waging political campaigns against President Trump. And it does so in a unilateral way, preventing President Trump from defending himself in the political arena, while giving President Biden and his surrogates (including those in the corporate media) free reign to say whatever they want. All for no legitimate reason—the purported goals of the Proposed Gag Order would not be served by the order itself; the media would still feature this case, and the prosecutors, the Court, and “potential witnesses” (yet unidentified by the prosecutors) would still be criticized in the public arena.
The prosecution, therefore, cannot come close to “eliminat[ing] . . . the exact source of the evil” it purportedly seeks to remedy. See City Council of L.A. v. Taxpayers for Vincent, 466 U.S. 789, 808–10 (1984) (“A statute is narrowly tailored if it targets and eliminates no more than the exact source of the ‘evil’ it seeks to remedy.”). At bottom, the Proposed Gag Order is nothing more than an obvious attempt by the Biden Administration to unlawfully silence its most prominent political opponent, who has now taken a commanding lead in the polls.
Indeed, this very Motion came on the heels of adverse polling for Biden. His administration’s plan is quite simple: unleash a 45-page speaking indictment, discuss and leak its talking points in the press, and then cynically attempt to invoke the Court’s authority to prevent President Trump and those acting on his behalf from presenting his side of the story to the American people during a political campaign. This desperate effort at censorship is unconstitutional on its face. NAACP v. Button, 371 U.S. 415, 445 (1963) (the First Amendment is a value-free provision whose protection is not dependent on “the truth, popularity, or social utility of the ideas and beliefs which are offered”).

We read this passage from 1 Samuel 14:6-14
6 Then Jonathan said to the young man who bore his armor, “Come, let us go over to the garrison of these uncircumcised; it may be that the Lord will work for us. For nothing restrains the Lord from saving by many or by few.”
7 So his armor-bearer said to him, “Do all that is in your heart. Go then; here I am with you, according to your heart.”

9 If they say thus to us, ‘Wait until we come to you,’ then we will stand still in our place and not go up to them.

We are called to be armor bearers for our President. We stand with him, and will follow his lead, and fulfill our assignment to support and guard him! Tonight, we renew our commitment to this assignment, and to live and protect him…and to fight alongside him in this BATTLE TO SAVE AMERICA!

We asked that they would know that they are NOT abandoned, but that we stand with them!

Hunter Biden received $250K wires originating in Beijing with the beneficiary address listed as Joe Biden’s home
Hunter Biden received wires that originated in Beijing for more than $250,000 from Chinese business partners during the summer of 2019 — wires that listed the Delaware home of Joe Biden as the beneficiary address for the funds, Fox News Digital has learned from a congressional committee. House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., has been investigating the Biden family business dealings and President Biden’s alleged involvement in those ventures.
As part of the investigation, Comer subpoenaed financial records related to a specific bank account and received records of two wires originating from Beijing and linked to BHR Partners. BHR Partners is a joint venture between Hunter Biden’s Rosemont Seneca and Chinese investment firm Bohai Capital. BHR Partners is a Beijing-backed, private equity firm controlled by Bank of China Limited. Hunter Biden reportedly sat on the board of directors of BHR Partners.
The first wire transfer sent to Hunter Biden, dated July 26, 2019, was for $10,000 from an individual named Ms. Wang Xin. There is a Ms. Wang Xin listed on the website for BHR Partners. The second wire transfer sent to Hunter Biden, dated Aug. 2, 2019, was for $250,000 from Li Xiang Sheng — also known as Jonathan Li, the CEO of BHR Partners — and Ms. Tan Ling.
The beneficiary for the wires is listed as Robert Hunter Biden with the address “1209 Barley Mill Rd.” in Wilmington, Delaware. That address is the main residence of Biden.
Comer and the House Oversight Committee have obtained bank records as part of their investigation, alleging that the Biden family and their business associates received millions of dollars from oligarchs in Russia, Ukraine, Romania, and Kazakhstan during the Obama administration.
Fox News Digital has also learned that the committee has records that allegedly reveal that from 2014 to 2019 the Biden family and their associates received $24 million in foreign payments — $15 million to the Bidens and $9 million for their business associates, $4 million more than previously known.
Committee aides told Fox News Digital that beneficiary addresses are either the address listed to the recipient account or listed by the individual sending the wire. It is unclear, based on the wire records, who listed the address.
Hunter Biden spent time in 2017, 2018, and 2019 living at the Biden family home in Wilmington. It is unclear if he was living at the home at the time of the wire transfers in July and August 2019.
The wires were sent just several months after then-Vice President Joe Biden announced his 2020 presidential campaign. Joe Biden, in August 2019, said he “never discussed with my son or my brother or anyone else anything having to do with their business, period.”
As for Jonathan Li, according to testimony from Hunter Biden’s former business associate, Devon Archer, as part of the House Oversight Committee’s investigation, Joe Biden sat down for coffee in Beijing with the CEO of BHR. Archer also testified that Biden wrote a college recommendation letter for Li’s daughter to Georgetown. Archer said Hunter Biden put his father on speakerphone for at least one call with Li in addition to meeting for coffee. Separately, Fox News Digital first reported in 2022 that Biden wrote a college recommendation letter for Li’s son to Brown University.

Corruption is being exposed! Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ) and his wife were indicted on three counts of federal bribery charges related to alleged corruption. The couple is accused of taking bribes in the forms of at least $480K in cash, at least $100K worth of gold bars, and a luxury vehicle in exchange for sharing sensitive US government information, among other actions, to influence foreign affairs on behalf of Egypt.
Menendez, 69, leads the Senate Foreign Relations Committee but will need to step down from that role due to his felony charge. Three New Jersey businessmen tied to Menendez were also indicted. The latest charges come nearly six years after an unrelated criminal indictment against Menendez ended with a deadlocked jury in 2017. In the earlier case, which began in 2015, Menendez had faced charges for allegedly helping a Florida eye doctor deal with allegations of Medicare fraud in exchange for nearly $1M worth of gifts and campaign contributions. Menendez appears to be the first sitting US senator to have been indicted twice on unrelated criminal charges. He currently plans to seek a fourth term in the Senate next year.
Prosecutors say the senator provided sensitive U.S. government information to “secretly aid” Egypt while also pressuring a U.S. Department of Agriculture official to protect a business monopoly Egypt granted to Hana, a longtime friend of Nadine Menendez. The monopoly was used to fund the bribes being paid to Menendez through his wife, the indictment says. When federal agents searched Menendez’s New Jersey home in June 2022, they said they found more than $480,000 in cash, much of it stuffed into envelopes or hidden in clothing, closets and a safe. The agents also allegedly found more than $100,000 worth of gold bars. In March 2022, Menendez amended a federal disclosure report to indicate an asset of gold bars worth between $100,001 and $250,000, which he said belonged to his wife.
In announcing her 2024 Senate challenge to him last week, Christine Serrano Glassner, the Republican mayor of Mendham Borough, NJ pointed to the “dark cloud of corruption that has been following Bob Menendez for a decade.” She said: “We need a leader to fight for the hardworking men and women of New Jersey – and for America. I am that leader, and I will defeat Bob Menendez and end his career of cronyism.”
We prayed corporately, thanking God for being at work in the midst of this darkness and corruption, exposing it in the LIGHT, and calling people to accountability for their vile, treasonous actions against our nation! We then offered individual prayer:
Mary Ellen (IL) Malachi 3:18 “Then you shall again discern Between the righteous and the wicked, Between one who serves God And one who does not serve Him.” There are so many discrepancies in their stories, filled with lies. Let them be exposed and removed!
Angela (CA) Now the wicked are being exposed! Let Menendez repent and receive Christ! Let them tell their attorneys that they will not go down by themselves…and they will expose others who are corrupt! Scatter the Dems so there is no escape. Let those exposed take others who are corrupt down with them!
Kay (IL) Isaiah 47: 2-3, 9-11, ALL WILL BE EXPOSED…on both sides of the aisle…all who have been disloyal! When they rob us, they rob You, Lord! Let them be brought to justice and pay the consequences.

Conservative Inc.’s (Presler, Kirk, Posobiec) all-out push to embrace the RNC’s talking points about ballot harvesting and early voting will do nothing but assist bad actors model ahead of time the numbers of fake ballots needed to create a win for the swamp. Encouraging Republicans to further blur those lines will only fuel the chaos. Chaos always helps the cheaters. Work to get away from the machines, vote the same day, and eradicate mail-in ballots altogether. if we are serious about winning in 2024.

I imagine many abolitionists were told “getting rid of slavery will be impossible.” Thank God they didn’t listen. “Conservative Inc.” is full of incrementalists too afraid to look foolish because of the odds stacked against “We the People.” God doesn’t let the wicked dictate the obstacles we are to fight against as the Body of Christ. God is bigger than any enemy we face. Be an abolitionist.

Pastor Ioan asked Debbie to share about what the Lindell group is doing to support free and fair elections. She spoke about Black Letter Law – which refers to well-established legal rules that are no longer subject to dispute.
(ie. the number of votes needs to match the number of voters!) The lack of standing is a critical excuse that was used to keep cases from being heard over and over on President Trump’s behalf challenging the 2020
election!
