We pray for his protection, for our First Lady, Melania, and their marriage
and for all the members of their family. We cover them all with the Blood of Jesus.

In every situation and decision, let our President be led by the Holy Spirit,
so that he learns the truth and acts accordingly, for the good of the nation.

Wading into a contentious debate that has captured the attention of state and federal lawmakers on both sides of the aisle, President Trump, a true Champion for life and family, has vowed that if he is reelected next year, he will punish doctors who provide gender-affirming health care to minors. He outlined his plan to “protect children from left-wing gender insanity,” unveiling a slate of policy proposals targeting transgender identities, including a federal law that recognizes only two genders and bars transgender women from competing on women’s sports teams.
He said he also plans to pass a law barring minors from receiving gender-affirming health care “in all 50 states” and intends to direct the Justice Department to investigate the pharmaceutical industry and individual hospitals to determine whether they “deliberately covered up horrific long-term side effects of sex transitions in order to get rich.” Doctors who treat transgender youth will be booted from Medicaid and Medicare under his leadership, and a private right of action will be established for patients who later regret having received gender-affirming health care as minors to sue their physicians.
“No serious country should be telling its children that they were born with the wrong gender,” he said. “Under my leadership, this madness will end.”

Now, a major Association of US Doctors has made an official statement on Transgender Procedures for Minors, saying there is a ‘high probability of causing sterilization,’ among other warnings. Last week, on February 20th, the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) made an official statement outlining its stance on “gender-affirming care” for minor children. The nonprofit association warned of “unknown and unknowable long-term risks” it says are inherent to “gender-affirming care” in minors, adding that the consequences of gender transition surgery are irreversible. “Gender-affirming” procedures include so-called puberty blockers, sex hormones, and surgery, such as castration, penectomy, and mastectomy. Pray.
Founded in 1943, the non-partisan professional association represents doctors in all specialties nationwide and seeks to preserve the practice of private medicine. Over the years, the group has been a strong proponent of patient autonomy and freedom of discourse in medicine. Now, the AAPS warns that gender transition procedures are “generally irreversible and have a high probability of causing sterilization.” The procedures also “commit a patient to a lifelong need for medical, surgical, and psychological care.” Pray.
Such procedures in minors are also medically and ethically contraindicated due to a lack of informed consent, the AAPS stated. “Physicians and medical professionals should refuse to be mandated or coerced to participate in procedures to which they have ethical or scientific objections or which they believe would harm a patient.”
The nonprofit association maintains that while medical, surgical, and other methods can be used to change the physical appearance of a person’s body, they cannot change a person’s biological sex. Biological sex is determined at conception by genotype, and with the exception of rare circumstances that could result in ambiguous genitalia, biological sex is “indeed obvious” and is correctly identified at birth. Pray.
Biological sex, or genotype, then determines the role of a person in reproduction. The group states: “Reproduction requires a male gamete (sperm), which can only be produced by a person of XY genotype, and a female gamete (egg), which can only be produced by a person of XX genotype. Primordial germ cells are present at birth.” Pray.
In recent months, some laws in the United States have attempted to curtail or outlaw gender-related procedures for minors, while other proposals would ensure access to gender-altering hormones and surgeries. The Republican Governor of Mississippi Tate Reeves said on February 21st that he will sign a ban on “gender-affirming care” passed in the state. He joins Urah Governor Spencer Cos and South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, who also made that decision. Meanwhile, judges have temporarily blocked similar laws in Arkansas and Alabama. Pray.
Part of the official AAPS statement reads: The construct of gender fluidity in the current cultural discourse is controversial; There has been an explosive increase in persons who identify with the construct of gender different from sex, at an age where identity is easily malleable and brain development is not fully concluded; Conflicting motivations have led to a growing industry dedicated to providing ‘gender-affirming’ procedures. Pray.
Sadly, both the American Medical Association (AMA) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) have issued statements in support of “gender-affirming care.” Both groups assert that gender transition procedures can improve a gender dysphoric person’s mental health and result in lower rates of suicide and that forgoing such care puts the patient at higher risk of anxiety, stress, substance abuse, and suicide. But the groups’ statements do not acknowledge that some gender transition procedures render the individual highly unlikely to be able to reproduce or make other changes that are irreversible. Pray.
The AAPS’s public statement comes two days after an advocacy group for people with gender dysphoria, the Gender Dysphoria Alliance (GDA), issued an open letter aimed at more than 30 medical organizations, asking them to ensure health care that’s free of influence from politics and activists who shut down those who seek to research gender dysphoria. “For the safety and well-being of all trans and gender dysphoric people, we need our healthcare, especially our mental healthcare, disentangled from a well-meaning yet misappropriated academic philosophy,” the Gender Dysphoria Alliance (GDA) said in its letter. Pray.
Founded in 2021, GDA includes researchers, mental health professionals, and laypersons, some of whom are transgender. The group also includes people who have disavowed their former transgender identity. The group says in their letter. As people living with Gender Dysphoria, we want competent, evidence-based care. This includes mental health care and thorough psychosocial assessment prior to any medicalization, at any age. What we are advocating for is not conversion therapy, despite what many trans activists often claim. According to the evolving standard for treating Gender Dysphoria, anything other than immediate access to hormone therapy and surgeries is misconstrued as conversion therapy,” the group added. “This is not only an absurd view of psychosocial evaluations, it’s causing unnecessary harm to young, vulnerable people.” Note: Conversion therapy is a term used to refer to efforts to prevent people from identifying as transgender or to prevent them from expressing outwardly as their opposite biological sex. Pray.

- That President Trump will take office and remove those who would dare to defile and alter our youth from the God-given genders they were born with. Pray.
- That those who are currently involved in performing these procedures will be apprehended by God, repent and turn from this wickedness, and blow the whistle on others who will not relent! Pray.
- That the people of our nation will stand alongside President Trump, and remain engaged in this BATTLE TO SAVE AMERICA until VICTORY is won! Pray.
- That the members of Congress will finally investigate and reject the “usurper” Biden and all the corrupt things pertaining to his faux administration, and restoring righteousness and justice for all!! Pray.
- Protect and strengthen our 24/7 family and bring in new intercessors who are called to this assignment with us, to pray for our President and our beloved nation! Prepare us for our NEXT STEPS in this Battle to Save America! Pray.
